I teach violin – at the University of Music, Drama and Media in Hanover and outside of it.
My main interest is to pass on my passion and joy for music to my students and give them a better and deeper understanding of it. Together we will work on improving their weaknesses and bringing out their strengths by finding their personal way of practicing, thus leading them to a forward-looking and independent approach of music and its technical challenges.
I offer qualified violin lessons as preparation for prospective music college students and to other advanced students as well as gifted children, teenagers and adults.
I also love working with chamber groups since I can manifest a lot of experience as first violinist of the Almandin Quartet- an ensemble that has been in existence for more than 10 years already.
When it comes to practice, I expect my students to be disciplined with a serious desire to master their instrument and to improve their current level of play.
The love of music and precise working should be well balanced.
